Article 2: Duration of the Contest
The duration of the Contest is: from 05.05.2023 to 19.05.2023 until 11:59 p.m. (hereinafter: "Contest Duration"). The Organizer, for valid reasons, may extend or shorten the duration of the Contest, of which it will immediately inform the Contest Participants through the Contest Site.
Article 3: Participation in the Contest
1. The Contest shall be organized in the territory of the Republic of Poland through the profile of the Medieval Dynasty on Facebook.
2. Participant of the Contest may be any natural person having full legal capacity. legal actions.
3. Participation in the Contest cannot be:
a. employees or associates of the Organizer, as well as members of their immediate families (spouses, children, parents, siblings, including step-siblings) b. members of the Contest Jury, as well as members of their immediate families.
4. There shall be no reimbursement of costs or other expenses incurred by Contest Participants for participation in the Contest. There are also no prizes provided for mere participation in the Contest.
Article 4: Rules of participation in the Contest
1. The prerequisite for participation in the Contest is the proper execution of the Contest task.
2. The participant's task is:
(a) To take a photo in the game Medieval Dynasty - using Photo Mode - responding to the theme "A New Perspective".
b) Post the taken photo in a comment under the contest post.
3. It is forbidden to post vulgarisms, content calling for racial, ethnic, religious hatred, containing pornographic content, praising fascism, Nazism, communism, promoting violence, offending religious feelings, violating the rights of others. Such content will be removed from the Contest Site.
4. By submitting an answer to the Contest, the Participant confirms that he/she has full copyright to it, the answer is free from any rights of others, is completely original and is not a reproduction or borrowing, even partial, from another work already published elsewhere, or alternatively, he/she ensures that he/she has all intellectual property rights related to the answer authored by another person and has received express written permission from the author of the answer to use it for this purpose.
5. The Contest participant shall be solely responsible for infringement of copyright or personal rights of others related to the posting of the entry in the Contest.
6. Upon submission of an entry to the Contest, the Entrant grants the Organizer a free of charge unlimited territorial and temporal license, in particular to promotional activities through public dissemination of works by performing, exhibiting, displaying, reproducing, as well as broadcasting and rebroadcasting, as well as making the work available to the public in such a way that everyone can have access to it through the contest application located on Instagram , belonging to the Organizer, as well as recording and reproduction.
7. Taking part in the contest is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations.
8. By entering the CONTEST, Participants agree to the processing of their personal data for purposes related to the organization of the CONTEST. The data will be used one time after which they will be deleted. The administrator of the personal data is the organizer competition. The participant has the right to access the content of his/her data and to correct it. Expressing consent to the processing of the participant's personal data is voluntary.
Article 5: Competition Jury and the rules of awarding prizes
1. The proper conduct of the Contest shall be supervised with due diligence by the Contest Jury, appointed by the Contest Organizer.
2. The results of the Contest will be published on the Contest Site on 17.05.2023 after thorough verification of the entries.
3. The Contest Jury, appointed by the Contest Organizer, shall decide on the winners. Jury

4. Prizes awarded in the Contest will be sent by courier to the address indicated by the Winner.

5. Lump-sum income tax on prizes on behalf of the Contest Participants shall be calculated, collected and remitted by the Organizer, insofar as the obligation to pay such tax arises in accordance with applicable regulations.
Article 7: Claims and Complaints
1. Any claims in connection with participation in the Contest, if not previously extinguished by a specific provision of these Rules, must be reported to the Organizer within 5 days after the end of the Contest stage, otherwise they will be extinguished.
2. The Contest participant may inform the Organizer of any irregularities related to the Contest.
3. The Contest Participant has the right to submit complaints related to the course of the Contest by e-mail, to the following address: [email protected].
4. Complaints will be considered by the Organizer within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt. When considering complaints, the Organizer will apply the provisions of these Regulations. The Participant will be notified of the Organizer's decision via email provided by the Participant.
Article 8: Final Provisions
1. By taking part in the Contest, the Entrant confirms that he/she agrees to the Contest rules specified in the Regulations. These Regulations are the only document having binding legal force in the execution of the Contest.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time without giving any reason, using appropriate forms of information and notification to the Contest Participants.
3. The Competition conducted on the basis of these Regulations is not a game of chance, lottery, pari-mutuel betting or promotional lottery, the result of which depends on chance in the meaning of Article 2 of the Act of July 29, 1992 on games and pari-mutuel betting (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 4, item 27 as amended).
4. In matters not covered by these Regulations the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

Artikel 4: Regeln für die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb

2. Die Aufgabe des Teilnehmers ist:
(a) Um ein Foto im Spiel Medieval Dynasty aufzunehmen – im Fotomodus – als Reaktion auf das Thema „Eine neue Perspektive“.
b) Veröffentlichen Sie das aufgenommene Foto in einem Kommentar unter dem Gewinnspielbeitrag.
3. Es ist verboten, Vulgarismen und Inhalte zu posten, die zu rassistischem, ethnischem oder religiösem Hass aufrufen, pornografische Inhalte enthalten, Faschismus, Nationalsozialismus und Kommunismus preisen, Gewalt fördern, religiöse Gefühle verletzen oder die Rechte anderer verletzen. Solche Inhalte werden von der Wettbewerbsseite entfernt.
4. Mit der Einreichung einer Antwort zum Wettbewerb bestätigt der Teilnehmer, dass er/sie das volle Urheberrecht daran besitzt, die Antwort frei von jeglichen Rechten anderer ist, vollständig original ist und keine Reproduktion oder Entlehnung, auch nicht teilweise, von einem anderen Werk darstellt bereits an anderer Stelle veröffentlicht hat, oder alternativ stellt er/sie sicher, dass er/sie alle geistigen Eigentumsrechte im Zusammenhang mit der von einer anderen Person verfassten Antwort besitzt und vom Autor der Antwort die ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung erhalten hat, sie für diesen Zweck zu verwenden.
5. Der Wettbewerbsteilnehmer trägt die alleinige Verantwortung für die Verletzung von Urheberrechten oder Persönlichkeitsrechten anderer im Zusammenhang mit der Veröffentlichung des Wettbewerbsbeitrags.
6. 7. Mit der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb erklären Sie sich mit dem Reglement einverstanden.
8. Durch die Teilnahme am WETTBEWERB erklären sich die Teilnehmer mit der Verarbeitung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten für Zwecke im Zusammenhang mit der Organisation des WETTBEWERBS einverstanden. Die Daten werden einmalig verwendet und anschließend gelöscht. Der Verwalter der personenbezogenen Daten ist der Veranstalter Wettbewerb. 2. Die Ergebnisse des Wettbewerbs werden am 17.05.2023 nach sorgfältiger Prüfung der Einsendungen auf der Wettbewerbsseite veröffentlicht.
3. Die vom Wettbewerbsorganisator ernannte Wettbewerbsjury entscheidet über die Gewinner. Jury

Artikel 6: Preis
1. Die im Wettbewerb vorgesehenen Preise werden vom Wettbewerbsveranstalter finanziert.
2. Der Hauptpreis des Wettbewerbs ist ein Medieval Dynasty T-Shirt.
3. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit, den Gewinn gegen einen anderen umzutauschen.
4. Der Veranstalter schließt die Möglichkeit aus, den Preis in bar auszuzahlen und gegen einen anderen Preis einzutauschen.
5. Die pauschale Einkommenssteuer auf Preise im Namen der Wettbewerbsteilnehmer wird vom Veranstalter berechnet, eingezogen und abgeführt, sofern sich die Verpflichtung zur Zahlung dieser Steuer gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften ergibt.
Artikel 7: Ansprüche und Beschwerden
1. Alle Ansprüche im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb müssen, sofern sie nicht zuvor durch eine bestimmte Bestimmung dieser Regeln erloschen sind, dem Veranstalter innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach Ende der Wettbewerbsphase gemeldet werden, andernfalls erlöschen sie.

Artikel 8: Schlussbestimmungen
1. Durch die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb bestätigt der Teilnehmer, dass er/sie mit den im Reglement festgelegten Wettbewerbsregeln einverstanden ist. Diese Bestimmungen sind das einzige Dokument mit verbindlicher Rechtskraft für die Durchführung des Wettbewerbs.
2. Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, diese Bestimmungen jederzeit und ohne Angabe von Gründen zu ändern, indem er den Wettbewerbsteilnehmern geeignete Formen der Information und Benachrichtigung mitteilt.
3. Der auf der Grundlage dieser Bestimmungen durchgeführte Wettbewerb ist kein Glücksspiel, keine Lotterie, keine Pari-Mutuel-Wette oder Werbelotterie, deren Ergebnis vom Zufall im Sinne von Artikel 2 des Gesetzes vom 29.
